Tarlu supports clients who prefer to supply their own packaging for branding purposes, with clear requirements and processing fees.
Requirements & key information
What we need from you.
Before your branded packaging arrives at any Tarlu facility, please make sure the following requirements are met. Missing any of these will cause a delay at goods-in.
- Packaging must be barcoded, one unique barcode per SKU / size variant.
- Packaging must be visibly branded so it can be identified on-site without opening the box.
- ASNs (advanced shipping notices) must be raised for every packaging delivery.
- Packaging is checked in at our standard goods-in rates.
- Packaging is not counted at unit level once inside the pallet.
- Tarlu does not accept liability for loss of or damage to packaging.
- Packaging is stored at our standard storage rate.
- Processing fees apply per unit, see fee schedule opposite.
