Surcharges are subject to Tarlu admin fee, and service availability may vary according to place of collection and destination, according to postal codes, and throughout the year. Rates applicable for originators in zone DA.

As of 1 March 2023, the following Additional Handling Surcharges (AHS) for non-standard shipments may be applied to shipments:
(1) AHS - Dimension,
(2) AHS – Packaging,
(3) AHS – Weight,
(4) Oversize Charge,
(5) AHS – Freight 

When approved, the carrier will only accept compensation claims for the direct cost of the item. Attributed costs are not considered. All claims must be received within the time frames  specified by the carrier (details available on request). Failure to provide correct documentation or correct packaging may result in the claim being rejected. An enquiry needs to be placed with our customer services team before a claim can be submitted.

These services are offered in conjunction with the carrier Terms & Conditions available upon request. Tarlu Ltd shall have no liability for damage, mis-delivery or non-delivery.
