What We Do

  • Internal Recruitment

    Tarlu promotes all new job vacancies to existing staff first encouraging internal promotions wherever possible. The vast majority of the Tarlu management team have all been promoted from within.

  • Investing in New Qualifications

    Tarlu invests into its staff in a variety of different ways. Whether it be supporting employees in qualifying as a PAT tester or a Forklift Training Instructor!

  • Job Flexibility

    Tarlu’s flexible rotering system allows employee shifts to be managed around personal commitments. Great for those who cannot operate at the normal 9 to 5.

  • Student Placements

  • Work Shadowing

    Tarlu takes a proactive approach towards encouraging individuals to seek employment. Sometimes the first step is to simply see what work is like. For this reason Tarlu supports people to shadow a Tarlu team member for a few hours and get a good understanding of what it will be like to get into work.

  • Supporting the Local Community

    Tarlu actively encourages its staff to give back and support the local community. Whether it be a team litter pick or an extra days annual leave to support a charity event, there’s many things that Tarlu want to do to help.

  • Work Socials

    It goes without saying that all Tarlu employees love a social. With a variety of work social events organised across the calendar year there is something for everyone to get involved in.
