In response to the UK living crisis Tarlu took swift and decisive action and increased all employee wages to over the National Living Wage.

Tarlu takes a proactive approach towards encouraging individuals to seek employment. Sometimes the first step is to simply see what work is like. For this reason Tarlu supports people to shadow a Tarlu team member for a few hours and get a good understanding of what it will be like to get into work.

Tarlu actively encourages its staff to give back and support the local community. Whether it be a team litter pick or an extra days annual leave to support a charity event, there’s many things that Tarlu want to do to help.
